Booking and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment will be applied without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service they booked under. This same penalty will apply if you're over 15 minutes late, thereby canceling your appointment.
