The Loc Temple is a natural hair care business based out of Richmond, Virginia in Creighton Crossing’s shopping center. The Loc Temple is operated by a certified Sisterlock’s Loctition name Temple. Temple specializes in establishing Sisterlock’s and Microloc’s on natural hair. Sisterlock’s and Microloc’s are small locs of hair that’s created by interlocking strands of hair with a tool similar to a crochet hook. The technique promotes healthy hair growth without the damaging effects of harsh chemicals. Booking and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment will be applied without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service they booked under. This same penalty will apply if you're over 15 minutes late, thereby canceling your appointment. Clients reserve the right to cancel their appointments without penalty if the appointment starts late and booking fees are waived. . Please confirm your appointment New establishment clients should confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment time via text message or email. Miscommunication within the given timeframe may result in your appointment being canceled or postponed. In addition, please be advised that all deposits for SISTERLOCK’S or Microloc establishments are non-refundable after 5 days of reserving your appointment slot. Afterpay is accepted. Note there is a 6% service fee applied to this payment option.
