Cancellation Policy

Hello there and welcome, To ensure the best experience for everyone and keep your loc journey on track, please review the policies below; Booking & Appointment Care * Booking Your Spot: While initial appointments must be booked online, I encourage all existing clients to pre-book their maintenance visits to secure their preferred day and keep their locs healthy. If your preferred slot is full, our waitlist will automatically notify you via text or email if a cancellation occurs. * Establishment Confirmation: For all new loc establishment appointments, please confirm your booking within 48 hours prior to your visit. I will send specific pre-appointment instructions to ensure that everything goes smoothly upon your arrival . * Health First: If you’re not feeling well , please reschedule immediately. The health and safety of all clients are top priority. Therefore, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick, or appears ill, even if your symptoms are attributed to allergies. * Guest Policy: Please come alone to your appointment. Guests are welcome to wait for you in the lobby area, there is an exception for minors who are being serviced. Payments & Security A valid debit or credit card is needed to secure your booking. Please no worries, your card is only charged if a deposit is required (like for a Consultation or Establishment) or if a cancellation fee is incurred. * Fee-Free Payment: I appreciate it when you pay with Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay as these methods don't incur processing fees. * Card & Other Payments: Payments made by Cash App, PayPal, major Credit/Debit Cards, or Pay Later options (like Klarna) will have various processing fees added. * Sisterlock/Microloc Deposit: Deposits for new establishments are non-refundable after 3 business days from the time of booking. My Cancellation Policy: Your time is important, and so is mines. I totally get that life happens, but I sincerely hope that we can respect each other’s time. Be mindful that others may be waiting or scheduled for an appointment after yours. *Free Cancellation | Up to 24 hours before the appointment | $0 (No penalty) *Late Cancellation/Reschedule - Less than 24 hours in advance| a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. *No Call, No Show |a charge of 100% of the service fee |in addition, it may result in being blocked from future bookings. *My Promise (Provider Delay) | If your appointment starts more than 30 minutes late due to my delay, you may cancel without penalty, and any deposit you paid will be fully refunded.
